Easywell Consumer Products is a Canadian-based cooking oil refinery and packaging company located in Mississauga, Ontario. We produce and distribute premium-quality Canola, Sunflower, and Vegetable oils, proudly made in Canada and trusted by grocery chains, restaurants, and food distributors across North America.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our distribution network across Ontario and New York. The ideal candidate will have proven success in food product sales, B2B distribution, and relationship management within the grocery, foodservice, or wholesale sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Easywell's distributor network. Identify and onboard new retail and foodservice clients. Manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales. Conduct market research and provide insights for pricing and promotions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Easywell at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in food or consumer goods sales. Strong network of distributors and retail buyers in Ontario or the U.S. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Ontario and New York.
