Job Summary



Luxuria Homes is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Chapparal, who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sales, thrive on cultivating long-term client relationships, and excel in collaborative team environments.

As the Sales Manager at Luxuria Homes, your primary responsibility is to oversee and organize the sales operations related to our new homes, ensuring an exceptional experience for our esteemed customers. You will collaborate closely with the home care and construction departments to facilitate a remarkable journey for our valued home buyers. The location you will be responsible for is University District.

Job Duties & Responsibilities



Represent Luxuria Homes and their Estate level products to prospective home buyers. Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the home buying journey by surpassing client expectations with exceptional customer service. Develop and implement creative sales strategies to sell new homes, while upholding brand integrity. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, and brokers. Assist customers in the selection and customization of new homes to meet their needs. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and prospects. Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with the Home Care department to ensure accurate documentation and contract completion. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely delivery of homes and coordinate customer move-ins. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales activities and performance.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field preferred A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in new home sales or real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Valid Class 5 Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends Proficiency in and MS Office suite applications Experience with Builder Trend and HubSpot is an asset. Availability to work weekend and evening shifts.
