What You'll Do (Job Purpose)



As an

Area Sales Manager

, you will drive new home sales across assigned communities, manage the full customer lifecycle, and lead engagement efforts from pre-construction through possession. You'll be a key representative of our brand and values, contributing directly to our revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Represent Fifth Avenue Homes in showhomes and community events Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads Guide clients through the buying process, design selections, and possession Collaborate with the marketing, construction, and design teams to ensure an exceptional buyer experience Provide feedback from buyers and the market to influence strategy

What We're Looking For (Key Criteria)



We're seeking someone who brings professionalism, empathy, and a high-performance mindset:

Proven track record in residential home sales or real estate (3+ years preferred) Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft 365, digital sales tools) Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction/sales cycle Ability to work weekends and holidays as required for showhome hours

What You Bring (Technical Skills & Qualifications)



Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
