Sales & Marketing Division
in Airdrie and surrounding communities.
1. Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee sales operations across assigned communities, ensuring strategic execution and results.
Provide leadership and guidance to Sales Associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Serve as a brand ambassador during show home tours, public events, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with construction and site teams to maintain show home standards and ensure accurate lot signage placement and removal.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market feedback, and buyer insights to inform strategy.
Facilitate client walkthroughs, presentations, and successful deal closures.
Review and interpret floor plans, blackline drawings, and design specifications with customers to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role; leadership experience is an asset for ASM applicants.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to listen, empathize, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills--clear, friendly, and professional.
Detail-oriented with the ability to guide clients through floor plans, drawings, and design selections confidently.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
A team player who uplifts others and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for tracking and follow-up.
Available to work weekends and attend community events as needed.
Familiarity with Airdrie and surrounding communities is an asset.
2. Sales Associate - Full Time/Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and guide prospective buyers through our show homes.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly support throughout the sales process.
Assist with community events, home tours, and buyer follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and CRM updates.
Requirements:
Enthusiastic, people-oriented, and customer-focused.
Sales experience preferred (real estate background an asset).
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
Weekend availability required.
