SALARY: $73,000 - $80,000 annually
SHIFT: Monday to Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCoach and develop unionized team members to create an environment of ownership, trust, and shared accountability
Improve operations by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded and that results are sustained
Develop and monitor personnel shifts, production plans, inventories, and coordinate activities to meet schedules and target objectives
Conducting 1-1 meetings with team members and developing training plans for employees
Follow plant optimization management processes and standards to drive departmental results
Troubleshoot process problems and guide maintenance and operators to solutions
Execute health and safety programs, and enforce critical aspects of safety and quality involved in packaging and beer operations
Ensure HACCP and sanitation requirements of department
Manage department resources and track via SAP
Other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONSExcellent verbal and written communication in English
1- 3 years experience as a supervisor in a fast paced environment. Experience supervising in a unionized environment considered an asset
Successful completion of post-secondary education (University or College) considered an asset
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude; knowledge of packaging equipment an asset
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Willingness to work rotating shifts
