Are you a results-driven Area Manager in Training looking to gain hands-on leadership experience and prepare for a future Area Manager role?
Adecco is actively seeking ambitious Area Managers in Training to join our client's retail teams in Saskatoon and Regina, SK. In these full-time role, you'll gain hands-on experience managing multi-unit operations, supporting Store Managers, and driving sales performance. With mentorship from senior leaders, you'll develop the skills needed to advance into a full Area Manager position.

Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations and ensure alignment with business and financial objectives.
Support and coach Store Managers to meet sales and profit targets while fostering team growth.
Lead safety and compliance initiatives across all assigned stores.
Analyze sales, revenue, and operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Respond promptly to store-level issues and provide strategic direction or escalation as needed.
Lead training programs to develop management talent and promote company culture.
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards for customer experience, safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of related experience.
3-5 years in a multi-unit retail or operations leadership role.
CannaSell Certification and a clean police record check.
Strong communication, leadership, and delegation skills.
Excellent business math and analytical abilities (percentages, discounts, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based tools.
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members across locations.
Willingness to travel regionally between locations.
