Job Summary
The Replenishment Leader, plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of merchandise within the store. This position is responsible for ensuring that products are stocked, organized, and readily available for customers, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for visual design to enhance product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and displays with merchandise in a timely manner to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering inquiries.
• Utilize cash handling skills for transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale (POS).
• Support store management by supervising associates during busy periods and providing leadership when necessary.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays that attract customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
