Our Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will represent the Tim Hortons brand in our restaurants and lead a team of experienced managers to work with our restaurant owners, team members, and guests to ensure the highest level of performance. This position is field based, responsible for creating and executing tactical strategies in their region to implement company initiatives. The position directs the development of strategic and tactical relationships with current franchisee groups, drives processes and planning related to development (openings and remodels), finance, profitability, and operations. Analyzes potential growth strategies to ensure the development of a strong pipeline of new locations and/or remodel projects. Works with internal partners (market planning, system imaging and design teams) to implement business development initiatives, as well as cooperate in the identification/selection of new franchisee candidates. The selected applicant will also lead the on-boarding of new franchisees throughout the first few months of their experience.
