Seeking qualified, highly detailed, motivated & dependable applicants for our

Junior OR Intermediate positions at our busy residential design firm located in Dunnville Ontario. (between Welland & Hamilton).

We are an architectural design firm serving Ontario since 1983. We design all styles and types of custom homes, additions and garages/shops. This position is a full time position (40 hours per week) with ability to work overtime on Saturdays if applicant wishes to do so.

Pay is per hour and is based

solely on experience

of applicant.

If chosen, applicant will be placed on 3 month probationary term to assess ability & fit.

Experience:

Min. 1 year preferred, but not mandatory. (Willing to train) pay is reflective.

General duties:

Mainly prepare architectural drawings using CAD (floor plans, concepts, elevations & sections), Complete revisions to drawings as per clients requests Answer phones, reply to client emails, hold zoom meeting with clients Must be capable of working on multiple projects at one time. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Requirements

:

Strong ability in AutoCad/Revit and/or Softplan. Legal resident of Ontario, Canada with legal permission to work inside Canadian. Reside within 45-60 min vehicle travel time to office. Reliable transportation to office is required. Must be able to speak English C*ompleted Architectural Technology/Technician or Construction Engineering related type college program. (min 2 year program)
