We are looking for an

Architectural Technologist

to support our growing portfolio of

residential and commercial projects

. In this role, you will be

responsible for preparing accurate drawings, layouts, and technical documentation

that bring designs to life and ensure compliance with codes and standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is

What You'll Be Doing



Prepare drawings, plans, and layouts for both residential and commercial building projects. Translate structural and architectural design concepts into clear and accurate construction documents. Prepare architectural, working, and construction drawings. Apply building codes, zoning bylaws, and construction standards to all work. Assist in permit applications and technical documentation for approval processes. Conduct site visits to document conditions, support inspections, and confirm design feasibility. Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, and technologists as needed to ensure work is delivered on time. Maintain organized and accurate project files.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist will be an asset Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field Professional certification or registration as an Architectural Technologist will be an asset Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD or other 3-D drafting software Strong attention to detail, problem-solving & creativity Solid understanding of building construction methods, materials, and detailing Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across concurrent projects Ability to travel to project sites
