Pillar & Plan Design and Consulting is a new Design and Engineering Firm located in Warman, dedicated to delivering exceptional engineering & drafting solutions. The firm has the desire and knowledge to grow, and to continue serving the Province of Saskatchewan.

We currently consist of 8 employees, which includes drafters, engineers and admin staff with a professional, team atmosphere. From custom homes to commercial & Agriculture buildings, our office combines dreams with reality to give each customer exactly what they are looking for with their project. We are looking for a full-time talented Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 1-5 years experience in residential drafting. This role offers growth potential for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading projects from concept to completion and eager to help shape how our team continues to grow.

Knowledge in commercial and agricultural drafting would be an asset.

Position Details:

The candidate will work across all divisions, residential, commercial, and agricultural producing working drawings for all our design projects. This person needs to be comfortable working directly with our affiliated builders and contractors, project managers, designers, and customers. Desired Skills:

-A minimum of 1-5 years experience in the industry

- Diploma in Architectural Technology

- Residential, Agricultural and/or Commercial drafting

- Significant experience in Revit and/or AutoCad

- Excellent work ethic

- Able to take direction

- Excellent customer service

- Works well with others and independently

- Polite and respectful to customers and coworkers

- Holds a high standard of quality on all work
