Architectural Technologist

Job Description
A high-end millwork company located in the Woodbridge area is seeking a part/full-time architectural technologist to assist in the creation of millwork shop drawings.
The architectural technologist will be responsible for creating project documents, preparing millwork drawings, liaising with designers/architects, as required, checking and verifying that drawings conform to specifications and design, prioritizing and managing tasks to meet scheduled deadlines and evaluating and incorporating changes, as required.
Qualifications and skills:
College diploma in architectural program
1-3 years experience required
Ability to develop 2d shop drawings - 3d drawing skills would be considered an asset
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other software including Excel and Word
Meticulous attention to detail
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
A valid driver's licence and a reliable means of transportation is a bonus
