The Position

:

Lara MacInnis Design is seeking an Architectural Technologist who is thorough, detail oriented and self-motivated to join our team. The position is part time (approximately 25 hours/week) with an opportunity for a flexible schedule and some work from home.

You will be involved in developing and maintaining drawing sets for multiple projects; drawings will include client presentations and construction documents for trade coordination.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high proficiency with Revit with an enthusiasm for residential architecture, interior design and construction.

LMD is located in the Dupont Arts Building in downtown Toronto.

Computer Skills

Excellent proficiency in Revit Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of other programs a plus including Sketchup, Photoshop

Responsibilities

Developing project drawing sets from site measurements and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration Maintaining and updating project drawings for internal review, client presentations and trade documentation

Education and Experience

5+ years work experience in architecture, interior design or related design field Undergraduate degree
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
