We are hiring! We are currently looking for a graduate of a School of Architecture or Architectural Technician who is experienced in the production of Design Development and Working Drawing sets using Revit software for a fast growing developer who specializes in Residential and Mixed-use development in the GTA and surrounding areas. - full-time in office position - education: B. Arch or Architectural Technical College - 10+ years experience in preparation of Design Development, Working Drawings/ Details, Bid package sets and Contract Admin - has technical knowledge of how a building is put together including coordination between architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical systems - has basic knowledge of OBC - 5+ years experience in BIM/Revit - CanBIM certification is an asset - sustainability experience is an asset - knowledge of wood frame residential construction is an asset - site visits and preparation of site review reports an asset - knowledge of Sketch-up and other software for massing and presentation is an asset - good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam - ambitious in meeting deadlines - highly organized and detail-oriented - good communication skills - team player - problem solver - like what they do including meeting challenges Please also present a portfolio along with your resume. Experience:
  • AutoCAD: 5 years (preferred)
