KRN TOLENTINO ARCHITECTURE Ltd. is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with strong three-dimensional modeling, rendering and visualization skills with the ability to work well under pressure. • Prepares technical drawings and documents
• Provides internal document quality control and coordination with other disciplines
• Coordinates and prepares design development presentations
• Collaborates with specification writers, consultants and design teams for submittal reviews in accordance to project specifications
• Produces construction plans and ensures compliance with codes and bylaws
• Researches building products for value and efficiency
• Assists in coordinating and scheduling the work of consultants, contractors, site inspectors and production teams
• Supports coordination of contract administration

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized Architectural Technology Program
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a technologist in an architectural firm with a focus on Revit based projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Revit and Sketchup
• Good understanding of Building Envelope
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Well organized with good interpersonal skills
• Local experience considered an asset

Candidates must also have a thorough understanding of the current National Building Code of Canada, with emphasis on both Part 3 and Part 9. Candidates must reside in Canada.
