Arcadis IBI Toronto office is looking for an Architectural Technologist or Intern Architect who can assist PMs and project team for multiple project tasks including but not limited to design development, construction documentation and construction admin phase.

**Please note, that this team may require hybrid working model split between working from home and in the office depending on business needs.

Most Of The Things You\'ll Be Working On:

• Prepare design and working drawings for a variety of projects in Revit and AutoCAD - project focus - high-rise residential and retail roll-outs
• Prepare documents through Feasibility Studies, Schematics, DD, and CD/CA
• Work closely with the Project Manager and the project team
• Coordinate with other architectural and engineering disciplines as well as external consultants to prepare high quality coordinated documents
• Work on multiple projects at the same time
• Keep up to date on construction practices, products, codes, and technologies

Qualifications

You\'ll Need To Have:

• University Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology or current OAA member
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Be task oriented - able to switch between tasks and projects easily
• Being able to take notes, create and distribute minutes of meetings
• Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• MUST SUBMIT - Portfolio and Resume for a complete application
