My Legal Basement Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating innovative designs and a strong background in Garden Suites and Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Design and draft plans for Garden Suites , Custom Homes, Home Extension and Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs) in compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

- Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure project accuracy.

- Prepare permit applications and liaise with municipal authorities as required.

- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on Home Extension, Custom Homes, Garden Suites and Additional Dwelling Units.

- BCIN Certification (Building Code Identification Number) is mandatory.

- Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and zoning bylaws.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
