ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Ian Moxon Architect Inc. is seeking a qualified Architectural Technologist to join our team full-time in Lethbridge, Alberta. We are looking for dedicated professionals ready to contribute to our innovative projects.

Support senior staff in innovative design, production, and timely approval of commercial and residential projects, ensuring outstanding results that meet client needs. Liaise with owners, stakeholders, authorities and consultants. Display honesty, integrity and trust. Continually develop and enhance personal and professional skills. Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline from an accredited Canadian institution. 3 - 5 years (5+ preferred) of work experience in creating architectural designs and drawings. Working knowledge of construction practices, Building Codes and Land Use bylaws. Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Motivation while working both independently and as part of a team.

4. Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
