About the Role



We're looking for an outgoing, creative, and detail-obsessed Architectural Technologist with strong Revit expertise and a passion for commercial interiors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical drawing production, understands how spaces come together, and loves collaborating with both designers and construction teams.

You'll work on office spaces, medical clinics, model suites, and turnkey fit-outs - helping bring design intent to life with clarity, accuracy, and style.

What You'll Do



Technical + Design Production Produce high-quality Revit drawings for floor plans, RCPs, millwork, details, elevations, and technical packages Support design development by translating concepts into technical drawings Update and maintain drawing sets throughout the project lifecycle Create 3D models, walkthroughs, visualization, and high quality renderings (required) Project Coordination - Work closely with designers and PMs to align technical requirements with design intent Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to discuss details of drawings and spec packages Ensure accuracy of permit and construction documentation Review drawings for compliance with OBC, AODA, and relevant codes Site + Client Interaction Attend site visits to verify conditions and document changes Participate in client or internal design review meetings when required Help maintain drawing standards, templates, and internal systems

What We're Looking For



Enjoys teamwork and contributes strong, positive energy. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented personality Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or Interior Design Minimum 5 years of experience in design experience Exceptional Revit skills (mandatory) - accuracy, speed, and confidence Strong AutoCAD skills Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or rendering tools (asset) Strong understanding of OBC + AODA Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
