The Role: Architectural Technologist II
We're looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technologist II to join our team. With 3+ years of experience in architectural or technical roles, you're confident in drawing production, consultant coordination, and code compliance--and ready to mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing improvements in documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine construction drawings and specifications
Ensure code compliance and alignment with local zoning regulations
Coordinate technical input with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Provide technical mentorship to junior technologists
Support quality control and contribute to documentation standards
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in Revit/AutoCAD-based documentation
Participate in internal team reviews and proactively solve technical challenges
What You Bring
3+ years in an architectural or technical role (retail experience is an asset)
Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture
Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and code requirements
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Confident communicator who can give and receive feedback
Proven experience producing clear, high-quality construction documents
Organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Interest in mentoring and raising team technical standards
