About this position:



Directly Reporting to Sales and Operations Manager. This position may be for Brilliance homes or affiliated companies. The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for site plans, Floor Plans, Preliminary Drawings and renderings that align with regulatory requirements and clients' expectations. Collaborate with internal teams on requirements and project delivery. Duties and Responsibilities:



Create new and detailed construction plans with community architectural controls in mind Communicate and collaborate proficiently with both customers and team members Work on Various types of residential properties, including luxury home-style, single-family homes, zero lot line homes and row houses Review and update contract documents and make customizations based on customer requested needs and changes to plans Effectively communicate all revisions to Managers and office team members Create custom work drawings and plot plans that accommodate all customers requests and needs Review and refine technical drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance Provide professional, organized and complete work order packages for estimators Remain current on architectural and interior design trends and standards and contrite innovative design ideas Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:



Experience with Revit an asset Minimum 2+ years working with residential drafting experience Adobe Experience an asset Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Understanding of residential construction process, building materials and permitting process Other duties as assigned by managers

Other Information:



This position is full time, located in our country hills head office. Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm

Pay: From $42,748.81 per year
