As an Architectural Technologist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll join our team in the design of various industrial, commercial and /or institutional projects. Under a Senior Architect, you\'ll deliver projects while coordinating design and construction activities, providing leadership and guidance in the technical aspects to support the creation of buildings of all sizes. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the chance to utilize your great communication skills and technical expertise mentoring other team members, while also learning from those around you. Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• 8+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or as an Intern Architect in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Experience in cold-climate building science and technical detailing, architectural systems, general construction knowledge.
• Familiar with the National Building Code with understanding of building code concepts and its application.
• Experience developing contract document packages, drawing standards, organization and creation of drawing sets for medium to large size projects.
• Experience supporting contract administration phases of work, including shop drawing reviews.
• Software Capabilities: Revit or AECOSIM, Autocad, Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication skills to engage in technical discussions with others.
