Intermediate Architectural Technologist
Location:
Brampton, ON
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with special interest in residential architecture.
Responsibilities and Duties
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Site visit and site measure.
- preparing detailed working drawings for approvals, permits and construction
- coordination of consulting engineers and other consultants as required
- applications and handling of various agencies granting approvals
- liaison with contractors and clients
Qualifications and Skills
The following requirements are a minimum; please read carefully:
- degree or diploma in architecture / architectural science from an accredited Canadian university or college
- highly proficient with AutoCAD. Knowledge and experience in Sketch-up is an asset.
- thorough understanding and working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- a minimum of
1 - 3 years
relevant residential experience gained in GTA Ontario- a valid driver's license and use of a vehicle
Job Type: Full-time. Flexible working hours available
$18 - $22/Hr based on experience.
