Martech Group Inc. is a Growing Multi-Discipline Engineering Firm located in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist or Technician / AutoCad Drafter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing a wide range of drawings for both residential and commercial projects. In AutoCAD & Revit. Visit job sites to perform layout measurements and document existing building conditions, to evaluate and create existing condition drawings. (Architectural / Structural) Building Permit Applications, Zoning review, Site Plan approvals, Research and document required code review for assigned projects, Prepare field observation reports. Proposed design drawings (Architectural / Structural) Communicate with clients to understand requirements and ensure all designs are satisfactory to clients. Building Code Compliance Review Final review inspections
Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of experience working as an Architectural Tech / Designer. Candidate must have an Architectural Technologist / Technician Diploma or Civil Engineering Diploma Proficiency and through knowledge of using AutoCAD, Revit. Fusion 360 knowledge is a definite bonus. Must have an understanding of quality standards related to architectural principles, procedures, and concepts. Ability to read, demonstrate/ Interpret design Drawings. Must be proficient and know the current Ontario Building Code.

Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license and are expected to travel to job sites.
