Architectural Team Lead
Architecture & Design Firm - HYBRID
$85K-$110K + excellent benefits + flex time

An expanding architectural firm with multiple offices, currently acquiring another established firm in London (Ontario) is passively looking for a fully licensed OAA, or soon to be fully OAA licensed Architect to join their team in London, Ontario. They seek a candidate strong in Revit with varied project experience; universities, schools, community centers, dental or medical offices and labs, senior homes or mixed-use mid-rise buildings. This is the perfect role for someone looking to escape the bustle of the GTA while still being involved in dynamic projects; the timeline for this hire is likely many months off.What they are looking for

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture credentials; experienced working in structured teams using Revit to produce and mark-up detailed drawings
• A portfolio demonstrating skills across a nice blend of sophisticated projects; projects more sophisticated than custom homes or retail or small office renovations
• Strong Revit skills and OBC knowledge; experience across SD, DD, WD phases & construction administration (CA) duties
• Ability to produce or oversee a full set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive and consistent
• Excellent English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and project management software
