AVENUE ROAD, Weishaupt Design Group\xe2\x80\x99s flagship brand, is currently seeking an experienced full-time Architectural Project Coordinator . As a well-organized sales or design professional, you will develop sales opportunities and ensure the success of ongoing projects within our Architectural business while maintaining excellent customer relations. In this role, the candidate will report directly to the Manager, Client Success while liaising with Architectural Sales Executives throughout all Avenue Road locations.
Responsibilities

• Manage short and long-term sales projects, specifically Architectural opportunities
• Be the link between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Vendors and Installers
• Schedule regular meetings with vendors regarding current opportunities, keep opportunities documents updated
• Manage Architectural samples requests, custom requests including product specs, clarification, etc. through purchasing and/or vendors
• Prepare and revise sales materials (sales quotes/orders, product info, package proposals, presentations) for ASE\xe2\x80\x99s and clients
• Compose + maintain project management timelines for ASE\xe2\x80\x99s to successfully track project flow/progress
  • Request delivery and installation quotes from logistics and installers
• Attend external and internal project kick-off meetings with ASE\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x93 outline design and ordering process
• Track orders and projects through SAP \xe2\x80\x93 schedule regular meetings with purchasing for vendor updates
• Manage project logistics for ASE\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x93 schedule deliveries and installations for all orders/projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with preferred installers across North America
• Track order deficiencies \xe2\x80\x93 co-ordinate with purchasing + vendor on rectifying order issues
• Attend site visits with ASE\xe2\x80\x99s when appropriate to discuss project parameters, install / order issues + solutions, etc.
• Additional duties as required
  

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma an asset
• Project management (PMP certification) an asset
• Energetic, Highly Motivated, able to multi-task
• Take ownership of each task with enthusiasm
• Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced sales driven environment
• Strong technical skills, specifically in Adobe Creative, Illustrator and AutoCAD Vectorworks
• Ability to work in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with inventory/database, preferably SAP
• Access to a vehicle
• Second language an asset
