As an Architectural Intern, you will assist with floor plan development, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates in architecture or related fields who are looking to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating architectural floor plans and layouts Produce 3D renderings and visual presentations Support design development and construction documentation Coordinate with senior designers and project managers Research materials, codes, and design references
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar tools Basic understanding of architectural and construction principles Strong attention to detail and design sensibility Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Portfolio submission is highly recommended
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
