Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Architectural Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design and project development. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of architectural projects, from drafting initial designs to supporting the renovation and building processes. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within the architecture field while contributing to innovative projects. We will assist you in your experience hours towards OAA and ExAC exams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts and project development. Draft architectural plans and sketches using software tools such as AutoCad, Revit & Sketchup Assist in creating 3D models and visualizations Support the team in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings. Contribute to the building processes by providing design input and technical support. Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture Architectural Intern with the OAA CACB Proficiency in design software such as CAD or Revit Strong drafting skills with an ability to sketch concepts effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A keen eye for detail with a passion for architecture and design. Previous internship experience or coursework related to architecture is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
