Architecture Panel Inc.(API) is an Architectural/Landscape Architectural Firm located in White Rock, BC. API is one of the few firms offering Architectural and Landscape Architectural solutions in the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver area. We are extremely excited about the opportunities in our geographical area with a multitude of multi-family and institutional projects. As the market continues to expand, and we are looking forward to finding the right exponents for our growing team to take responsibilities both in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. We are currently seeking motivated Technicians to join our company. The successful new members to our team must be self motivated and interested in a long-term commitment.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in Vectorworks is an asset, Proficiency in other relevant BIM/CAD programs Strong knowledge of the construction processes and building codes Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
