Are you ready to shape the communities of tomorrow? We're seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team in Saint John's, NB. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional passionate about creating innovative, sustainable designs for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural designs for new builds and renovations. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for compliance with design intent. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. Stay current with building codes, sustainability practices, and industry trends.

What your experience looks like

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
