Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and a deep understanding of architectural principles. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all designs meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Duties

Develop and draft architectural designs using software such as, Revit, and rendering software. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather information for design development. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare presentations and proposals to negotiate project terms with clients. Oversee renovations and modifications of existing structures while ensuring compliance with building codes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to draft detailed architectural plans and specifications. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client relationships is preferred. Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations is essential. A portfolio showcasing previous architectural work is required for consideration.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
