We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role requires proficiency in various design software and tools, as well as excellent negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and models.
Conduct site assessments to gather necessary data for project planning.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
Prepare construction documents, including specifications and cost estimates.
Engage in business development activities to foster client relationships and secure new projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.
Experience
Proficiency in architectural design software including Bluebeam, NavisWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketch, and CAD.
Strong understanding of construction processes including renovation and construction estimating.
Demonstrated experience in project management with a focus on budgeting and resource allocation.
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with clients and vendors.
Previous experience in drafting detailed architectural plans is preferred.
