Full-Time Arcade Associate
Location: Bowlarama Dieppe
Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM - 3 PM or Wednesday to Sunday, 8 AM - 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist customers at the counter, process point-of-sale transactions, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Arcade Game Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure all games are operational.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized arcade environment.
• Inventory Management: Stock redepemtion shelves and ensure arcade games are well-stocked with required products.
• Technical Assistance: Use basic computer skills to manage arcade systems and handle simple troubleshooting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and comfort with troubleshooting equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry products as required.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
