Role description:

We require a hard working individual who is interested in working on our arborist team. Someone who has a keen interest in tree care. Previous experience is an asset but not a requirement. As one of the few COR certified arborist companies in Saskatchewan we build our company around safety and efficiency.

-Able to work with a group of people in a fast-paced work environment

-Willing to work in all types of weather conditions

-Knowledge of tree and shrub identification is an asset

-Perform customer service, e.g., interact with clients, meet with general public, etc.

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Driver's license and own transportation required

-Safe operation and maintenance of trucks, trailers and horticultural tools
-Customer service skills including thorough clean-up of work sites

-Dependable, reliable, efficient and self-motivated

-Strict and consistent adherence to safety policies

Required Education:

-High school education with some post-secondary education, Previous horticultural experience is a must

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 depends on experience

This position's wage is based on suitability and skill level. Advancement will be based on the ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast paced environment. Standard training will be done upon hiring to ensure you are familiar and comfortable with equipment and products as well as company orientation and WHMIS. Company benefits plan, sales and equipment bonuses available. In the winter our work shifts to snow removal, equipment maintenance, and training.
