Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various climbing tasks related to tree care, landscape maintenance, and utility work. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in diverse outdoor environments. The Climber will utilize specialized equipment, including bucket trucks and rigs, to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate bucket trucks safely and effectively for tree trimming and maintenance tasks. Perform climbing operations using ropes and rigging techniques to access high branches or structures. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Assess trees for health and stability, providing recommendations for care or removal when necessary. Safely prune or remove trees as directed Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment Work as part of a team on residential and commercial job sites

Experience

Experience as a tree climber or arborist required (2+ years preferred) Familiarity with bucket operation Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights safely. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
