What You Can Expect To Do :

Assisting Arborists with tree removals, pruning and on site cleanup Operating chippers, chainsaws, hand tools, excavators and skid steers. Driving company vehicles, hauling chippers and trailers, loading material and gear. Supporting job site safety and having input when it comes to safety Working in all weather conditions Equipment maintenance Building a future for yourself and your team. Your success is everyone's success.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience: At least one year working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Team Player: Ability to focus, motivate, and support the team. Strength & Endurance: Can lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Skills: Experience with ground support operations like rigging, cutting, brush management, and equipment maintenance. Safety & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tools, with a commitment to worksite cleanliness and client satisfaction. Attitude: Positive, hardworking, open to feedback, and eager to grow. Availability: Must be ready for emergency storm response. License: Valid driver's license with a clean abstract (experience with large vehicles is a plus). Previous chainsaw experience preferred
