Greenhill Islamic School provides a comprehensive education that integrates academic excellence with Islamic values. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Arabic Language Teacher to join our team and inspire students to learn and appreciate the Arabic language.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons for elementary school students. Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of learners. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Incorporate creative teaching methods and resources to enhance language acquisition. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate Arabic language learning into school activities and events. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field (preferred). Teaching certification or equivalent credentials preferred. Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and knowledge of Arabic culture. Previous experience teaching Arabic to children, preferably in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Commitment to fostering a love for the Arabic language and culture in students.
