New Horizon Co-op is hiring an A/R Collections Team Member at our Downtown Food Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Who we are: Co-op does business differently. • Provide an excellent customer experience with a positive attitude
• Assisting with AR functions : account set up, invoice processing, account balancing, data entry
• Collection and dunning duties including direct customer contact
• Reviewing internal charge accounts and processing payments
• Scanning and document filing
• Supporting credit department as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
• Office and credit experience an asset
• Must be comfortable calling customers and negotiating payments in potentially difficult circumstances
• Experience working in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization
• Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Flexible Schedule - 24 hours per week
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as contribute in a team environment
