We are seeking an
experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator
to join our
Osoyoos-based
finance team. This is a hands-on, full-time position requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently navigate ambiguity and change.
The Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator will
report to the Financial Controller.
Relocation support and temporary staff housing in Osoyoos is available for the right applicant.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and issue high-value, multi-component invoices to clients with accuracy and consistency
Reconcile billing data with POs, travel logs, payroll records, and supporting documentation
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by liaising across departments (Payroll, Travel, Operations, etc.)
Maintain and monitor open and closed purchase orders and ensure timely closure and clean-up
Proactively identify gaps in information and chase down missing or conflicting data
Use Excel and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) to manage and validate financial data
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes
Maintain billing documentation and audit trails, including use of Dext and internal travel tracking systems
Requirements
What You Bring to the Role
Minimum 5 years of Accounts Receivable/ Billing and Invoicing department or related finance experience, ideally in a project-based or logistics-focused environment
Advanced Excel skills; experience working with detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas
Strong proficiency with
QuickBooks Desktop
and
QuickBooks Online
Experience working with documentation management tools (e.g., Dext) and project schedules
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally
High tolerance for complexity and ability to work through ambiguity without clear direction
A background in camp logistics, travel, or aviation industries would be a strong asset

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (actual base salary will be determined on the successful candidate's experience and skills)
