Aquatic Supervisor

to join our team and lead by example in delivering high-quality aquatic programming, lifeguard supervision, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support aquatic staff, including lifeguards and instructors. Ensure all aquatic activities are running safely, efficiently, and according to policy. Provide on-deck supervision during programs and peak hours. Assist with staff scheduling, training, evaluations, and mentorship. Oversee daily pool operations, including chemical checks and safety audits. Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed; maintain accurate documentation. Deliver or assist with swim lessons, fitness classes, and special events. Maintain strong communication with management, staff, and the public.

Qualifications

Comfortable with Microsoft Minimum 18 years of age.

Current certifications

in: National Lifeguard (NL) Standard First Aid with CPR-C Swim Instructor (Lifesaving Society)

Preferred:

Aquatic Supervisor Training, Lifesaving Instructor, Pool Operator certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in aquatics is an asset. Easy commute to Sundre or willing to move.
