to support the daily operations and upkeep of our aquatic facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for our staff, swimmers, and families.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable completing a variety of facility and pool-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with
pool chemical testing and balancing
(training provided)
Perform routine
cleaning and maintenance
of the facility, including:
Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and change rooms
Mopping the pool deck
Vacuuming hallways and common areas
Emptying garbage and recycling
Monitor facility cleanliness and report maintenance concerns
Complete other small maintenance or support tasks as needed
Follow all safety, hygiene, and facility procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial work, or pool operations is an asset but not required
Willingness to learn pool chemical handling and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a warm, humid pool environment
Training & Requirements
On-the-job training provided
Pool Operator certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines
