6-lane, 50m pool

that hosts everything from morning and evening swim teams to lane swimming and fun aquacise programs during the day. We're looking for an

Aquatics Coordinator

who brings leadership, energy, and fresh ideas to help our programs thrive and our staff shine.

What You'll Do:

Lead and deliver engaging aquatic staff training and ongoing development Supervise, mentor, and support aquatic staff and programs Manage and maintain staff schedules Collaborate with management to plan, organize, and improve aquatic programs Serve as a key link between aquatic staff and the General Manager Organize and conduct advanced swimming lessons Step in to lifeguard when needed

What We're Looking For:

Current

NL, SFA, CPR "C"

certifications Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and leadership skills Advanced Instructor Certifications are a strong asset Creativity, initiative, and a passion for aquatics
