Course Description: D\xc3\xa9veloppement des capacit\xc3\xa9s visuelles, techniques et critiques n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la pratique personnelle de la photographie artistique avec des outils num\xc3\xa9riques. Introduction aux concepts historiques et th\xc3\xa9oriques de la photographie afin d\'articuler une r\xc3\xa9flexion sur ses probl\xc3\xa9matiques dans la culture \xc3\xa9largie des images. / Development of the visual, technical and critical skills necessary for the elaboration of a personal photographic art practice using digital tools. Introduction to the historical and theoretical concepts needed to discuss and formulate ideas about photography within the larger culture of images.

Requirements:
Ma\xc3\xaetrise en arts visuels ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent. Pratique reconnue et dossier d\'exposition en photographie et art contemporain. Exp\xc3\xa9rience en enseignement post-secondaire./ Master of Fine Arts or equivalent. Established reputation and exhibition record in photography and in contemporary art. Teaching experience at post-secondary level.
