Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students develop safe driving skills. As an In-Car Driving Instructor, you will provide behind-the-wheel training, ensuring that students understand the rules of the road and can apply them in real-world situations to be safe drivers.

Duties

Provide hands-on driving instruction focusing on practical skills and safety. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving abilities. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations. Communicate effectively with students and KRTS regarding progress and areas for improvement. Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education.

Requirements

Certified In-Car Instructor Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students of varying ages and backgrounds. Previous experience as a driving instructor A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate students are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with defensive driving techniques and traffic safety regulations is advantageous. Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
