Job Title: Apprentice Alloy Welder and Fabricator (2nd or 3rd Year)

We specialize in alloy welding, downhole tool refurbishment, and custom fabrication projects, and we're committed to training the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

We are currently seeking a dedicated second or third-year apprentice welder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with about 2 years of experience in the welding field who is looking to gain more hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman welders with various welding tasks and projects. Perform material cutting and basic assembly work. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a welding or fabrication environment. Currently a registered second or third-year apprentice in a welding trade program. Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. Strong work ethic and reliability--someone who shows up and is ready to learn.

Nice to Have:

Any TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required.
