Overview

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder to join our manufacturing and construction team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, providing a foundation for a career in skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in welding, construction, and mechanical systems, with the opportunity to develop advanced skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. This paid apprenticeship position is designed to build technical expertise while contributing to various projects involving sheet metal, piping, ductwork, and structural fabrication.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and assembly of welding kits. Perform basic welding tasks under supervision. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Maintain a clean and safe work environments Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education. Genuine interest in welding and metal fabrication. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Previous welding experience or training is considered an asset, though not required. Possesses a valid CWB flat?position FCAW ticket.
