Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tire-related tasks safely. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and automotive repair. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while adhering to safety standards. Engage in sales activities by promoting tire products and services to customers. Support general maintenance tasks as needed within the shop.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership or mechanic environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and tire services. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire installation and repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire handling. Basic understanding of automotive repair principles is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
