We are currently hiring a

full-time Apprentice Technician

. The compensation for this role is between $18-$26 based on experience and education. To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical knowledge, a passion for automotive repair, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What we expect from you

Special effort to demonstrate our shared values (see below). Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs. Inspect vehicles for potential issues or maintenance needs. Rotate tires and check tire pressures. Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend additional services if necessary. Maintain accurate records of services performed. Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.

We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables

Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in an automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred but not required. Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.
