We're hiring a Labourer to join our fire protection team and grow into a Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter apprenticeship. This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to work hard, learn the trade, and become a valued part of a high-performing crew.

You don't need years of experience -- just a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Assist in installing and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial and multi-unit buildings.
- Measure, cut, thread, and hang pipe alongside experienced tradespeople.
- Load/unload materials and organize job sites for safety and efficiency.
- Perform general labour tasks to support the crew.
- Learn the trade hands-on, with the goal of entering the Sprinkler Fitter Apprenticeship Program.

What You Bring

- Physical ability to perform construction and labour-intensive work.
- Some on-site experience in plumbing, mechanical, or construction is a bonus (but not required).
- Eagerness to work and learn in a safety oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and the desire to be part of a team based growing company.
- Valid driver's license and transportation to and from work.
