Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team, providing expert maintenance and repair services for a variety of automotive and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with automotive repair, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize technical skills while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and vehicles.

Duties



Perform diagnostic assessments using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including engine work, electrical systems, and hydraulic components Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately execute repairs Assist with vehicle inspections, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance tasks Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and quality control procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients Assist in training junior technicians as needed

Experience



Dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background preferred Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive or heavy equipment repair Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics Experience with assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts replacement Prior mechanic experience in a dealership or similar environment is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
This position requires a motivated individual with technical expertise in automotive repair, maintenance skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment that values safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.80-$31.20 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
